I AM A PART OF ART

An exhibit of Community Access to the Arts (CATA) artwork at VSA's Open Door Gallery featuring works created by people with disabilities in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. The artists are all participants in CATA's ARTS IN ARTS OUT workshops. Now in its 17th year, CATA nurtures and celebrates the creativity of people with disabilities through shared experiences in the visual and performing arts. Based in Great Barrington, MA, CATA offers arts workshops on site and at residential, educational and therapeutic settings. The artists featured in this exhibit represent both individuals living independently and from the following settings:

Riverbrook
Cadmus Life-Sharing Association
Oakdale Foundation
Leander House
Berkshire Service Group
Oak Lodge
