A celebration of the Spring season
Open to artists and crafters!

Deadline to apply by email:
April 11, 2008

Drop off work:
April 18, 2008
(office hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm)

Submissions must be:
* 2D work - must be framed, ready to hang. Size: no bigger than 24" by 36". Number of works: 1 to 5.
* 3D crafts in shadowboxes that can be hung on the wall. Number of works: 1 to 5.
* All work must have the artist's name, title, address, and phone posted on the back of the frame.
* Email images to lauren@vsamass.org for consideration. Please give you name, contact information and short bio in email.
* No fees to enter show.
* Artist/Crafter's keep 100% of any sales made during exhibition.
* Artist/Crafter's are responsible for delivery and pick up of their work.
* Artist/Crafter's are responsible for assisting with advertising the show. Just spread the word!

Reception:
Friday, May 16th, 2008, 4pm to 7pm.

Exhibition: Saturday, May 10th, 2008 from 12:00 to 4:00PM
Where: 300 North Harvard Street.

Artists who would like to exhibit should let Lisa know as soon as possible. There will be activities – performances – storytelling and music – if you want to perform, also contact Lisa too – As Soon As Possible.

Artists usually make some sales, so this is a worth while activity. ASL interpreters have been requested. When you exhibit there, you will be expected to be there and willing to entertain the customers with info about yourself and your art.

ART ABILITY: An International Juried Exhibition of Art and Fine Crafts by Artists with Disabilities November 8, 2008 - January 18, 2009 at Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, Malvern, PA.

Submission deadline is June 27, 2008
Artists with physical, cognitive due to brain injury, visual and hearing disabilities are eligible to apply. Only work executed after the onset of disability or injury will be considered. All media are eligible including:

* Works on Paper * Paintings * Sculpture * Jewelry * Photography * Pottery * Fiber arts * Other crafts
