Through the Boston ARTreach Initiative, VSA arts of Massachusetts taps into the resource of unused tickets in order to build bridges between Boston's cultural venues and the city's human service providers. ARTreach enables people with disabilities who are economically disadvantaged and unable to self-initiate such opportunity to include cultural events in their lives. Over 2,000 tickets were distributed last year.
